The struggle of the Forum of Theater Creators in Israel for gender equality is taking a step forward.

Among the topics that will come up at the conference: conversations with creators from the world of culture about the first steps in the worlds of the fringe and the established theater, the difficulties facing the establishment and the stage as an arena of protest, sexual harassment and molestation in the workplace, the glass ceiling of female directors in Israel and more.

Among the participants who will take part in it: Aya Kaplan, Dalia Shimko, Natalie Zuckerman, Roni Brodetsky, Sarah von Schwartz, Haymon Goldberg, CEO of Tsota, Noam Samel, CEO of the HaBima Theater, Tzipi Pines, CEO of the Beit Lisin Theater, Gilad Kimchi, the artistic director of the Chamber, Tamar Keenan, Noa Shechter and more.
