1 egg
75 g breadcrumbs
fat or oil for baking

Original recipe: The preparation of the Wiener Schnitzel is so easy and quick
Pound the veal escalope with a meat tenderizer and salt on both sides.
Take a plate, put the flour in it and also turn the escalope in it from both sides.
Then tap off the schnitzel a little.
Put the egg in another, preferably deep plate, and dip the schnitzel in it on both sides.
The last plate with the breadcrumbs follows.
Turn the schnitzel in it.
Fry the schnitzel in the fat or oil until golden brown.
Finally, you can dab it with kitchen roll and let the fat or oil drip off.
