You can make Wiener Schnitzel yourself quickly and easily.

Then make Wiener Schnitzel.

With the original recipe, the dish tastes at least as good as in the restaurant or tavern and the preparation is much easier and faster than you might think.

Original recipe: The preparation of the Wiener Schnitzel is so easy and quick

  • Pound the veal escalope with a meat tenderizer and salt on both sides.

  • Take a plate, put the flour in it and also turn the escalope in it from both sides.

    Then tap off the schnitzel a little.

  • Put the egg in another, preferably deep plate, and dip the schnitzel in it on both sides.
