Thanks to @hungryhappens' current trending recipe on TikTok, you won't have to make a decision in the future - make sure to try the crispy mini potato pizzas.
Because instead of the pizza dough, sauce, cheese and salami are put on boiled and then flattened potatoes.
The Parmesan potato recipe also became famous overnight on TikTok, as did the "butter board" trend.

After the recipe video was released, @hungryhappens was bursting with positive comments: "You made me cook this.
It's the first TikTok dish I've recreated” or “I just made these for my toddler because his two favorite foods are potatoes and pizza”.
One user even got so hungry by watching the video that he had to eat something similar quickly.

You need the following ingredients for the TikTok recipe “Crispy Pizza Potatoes”
1 kg of potatoes
1 tbsp salt
olive oil
75 grams of tomato sauce
250g grated mozzarella
60 g mini salamis
chili flakes
You will also need a glass and salt and pepper for seasoning.

Preparation: It's so easy to imitate the TikTok potato mini pizzas
Place the potatoes in a large saucepan and fill with water to completely cover the potatoes.
Add the salt and cook the potatoes for about a quarter of an hour.
Then drain the water and let the potatoes cool down a bit.
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat (180 degrees Celsius fan oven).
Score each potato with a knife (optional) and flatten with a glass.
Then drizzle the potatoes with a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
Take the potatoes out of the oven, brush them with the tomato sauce and sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top.
The mini salamis and the chilli flakes follow and then back into the oven until the cheese has melted.
