Employees from a wide variety of companies were able to rate their employer on the
Glassdoor
application portal from October 19, 2021 to October 17, 2022.
Among other things, they were asked what advantages and disadvantages the employer has, how satisfied they are there overall, what career options are and what the salary is like.
It was also about values, the work-life balance and whether they would recommend the employer to friends.
This resulted in various points in the evaluation, which were decisive for those responsible at
Glassdoor
for the assessment.
The results of at least 1,000 participants from companies based or located in Germany were used for the assessment.
