Bank of Italy: rates on new mortgages rise to 3.55% in November

(ANSA) - ROME, 11 JAN - Rates on new mortgages granted by banks to households are still growing.

As can be read in the statistics of the Bank of Italy, interest rates including ancillary costs (Annual Global Effective Rate, Taeg) rose to 3.55% against 3.23 in October.

The rates on new consumer credit disbursements rose to 9.25 per cent (8.93 in the previous month).

Interest rates on new loans to non-financial corporations were 2.94 per cent (2.54 in the previous month).
