Johnson is known for her love of the fashion house, and has worn the brand's retro clothes at various events.
In an interview with the British "Vogue" magazine, she talked about her fashion style: "I always romanticized the fashion of the 70s. The lines, shapes, colors and patterns, but also the atmosphere of the people who wear the clothes," she said.
Therefore, we were not surprised when Gucci chose the actress to be the face of the campaign for one of the brand's favorite bags - "Jackie Bag 1961".
This is of course a bag that was lovingly adopted by the first lady of the USA, who was a fashion icon, until it was named after her.

The brand's flagship bag is designed in the shape of a crescent that is identified with it, with a short handle, and a prominent closure with a golden buckle.
In the brand's new campaign, shot in the 70's atmosphere, Johnson is photographed in a variety of everyday situations, walking around with the brand's iconic bag.
She is initially seen wearing a leather mini skirt and a printed top, laden with shopping bags, with a brown bag.
She is then seen walking around in a floral dress with a green bag.
In another scene, she is seen shopping for groceries with a white clutch bag over her shoulder, and in the next location, she is seen leaving a yoga practice wearing the brand's tracksuit with a monogram print, and a blue crocodile-textured bag.

The campaign, photographed by Glenn Luchford, presents a variety of situations, some of which she is photographed on purpose, and some of which resemble paparazzi photographs, with Johnson hiding her face from the camera, as a reference to the paparazzi photographs that Kennedy starred in in the 1970s, in a significant part of which she was photographed with The iconic bag.
