How to prepare raspberry mascarpone tiramisu according to the best recipe
Take the frozen raspberries out of the freezer to thaw them.
In a large bowl, combine the mascarpone, cottage cheese, cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice and stir well.
Pour the cold drinking cocoa into a deep plate, dip half of the ladyfingers in it and then place them in a casserole dish.
Spread half of the mascarpone and lemon cream on top and smooth it out.
Then place the raspberries one by one on the cream and press them down a little.
Finally, soak the remaining half of the ladyfingers in the drinking cocoa and place them on the cream covered with raspberries.
Spread the remaining mascarpone and lemon cream on top of the Kaba sponge fingers, smooth and place in the fridge to chill for at least 3 hours.
Before you serve the tiramisu to your family or guests, you can sprinkle it with the kaba powder and garnish with more raspberries and mint leaves.
