How to prepare raspberry mascarpone tiramisu according to the best recipe

  • Take the frozen raspberries out of the freezer to thaw them.

  • In a large bowl, combine the mascarpone, cottage cheese, cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice and stir well.

  • Pour the cold drinking cocoa into a deep plate, dip half of the ladyfingers in it and then place them in a casserole dish.

  • Spread half of the mascarpone and lemon cream on top and smooth it out.

  • Then place the raspberries one by one on the cream and press them down a little.

  • Finally, soak the remaining half of the ladyfingers in the drinking cocoa and place them on the cream covered with raspberries.

  • Spread the remaining mascarpone and lemon cream on top of the Kaba sponge fingers, smooth and place in the fridge to chill for at least 3 hours.

  • Before you serve the tiramisu to your family or guests, you can sprinkle it with the kaba powder and garnish with more raspberries and mint leaves.
