(ANSA) - ROME, JAN 13 - Apple CEO Tim Cook will receive, after his request to this effect, a 40% cut of his total remuneration for 2023 to 49 million dollars.
This is what can be read in a press release from the group to the American supervisory authority, Sec. In particular, the decision, approved by the remuneration committee, provides that the target for 2023 will pass from 84 to 49 million dollars with the fixed portion remaining unchanged at 3 million, as well as cash incentives while the stock award drops from $75 million to $40 million.
Several analysts had judged excessive the remuneration of Cook who has assets estimated at 1.7 billion dollars.
