Our dear pets are often made the scapegoat despite their innocence - but that's not always the case.
Because here a video recording unmasks the dog as the perpetrator.

And he himself, probably not either.

The records provide information: The dog is the culprit.
In it you can see exactly how the four-legged friend strolls in the direction of the golf cart and makes himself comfortable in the footwell of the small vehicle.
And the strange story takes its course.
The video has already been viewed more than 21 million times on TikTok and has received over 2.7 million likes.

The golf cart races away with the four-legged friend.
After a perfect right turn around a bench, the path leads head-on to the parked car.
The odyssey comes to an abrupt end and the four-legged friend calmly leaves his driver's seat.

"The way the dog gets out of the golf cart makes it seem like it was intentional," one user commented on the clip.
Another writes: "Explain that to the insurance company." And yes, it's easy to imagine that whoever the car owner tells this story to thinks it's all a very creative excuse.
Except that in this case it's actually true.
