As Minister for Happiness and Happiness, do you ever have an unlucky day?
A happy life does not mean that everything always runs smoothly and problems are swept under the rug.
It's a roller coaster ride with ups and downs - especially now in these times.
We are not protected from "negative" feelings either, but deal with them in a completely open and transparent manner.
This authenticity to the outside and to oneself is important in order to remain mentally healthy.
At the end of the day, it's not about living a perfect life, it's about living a vibrant life!
Do you personally believe that Friday the 13th brings bad luck?
No - no more and no less than any other day of the year.
We have a lot of our happiness and satisfaction in our own hands, which is also proven by happiness research.
Up to 40 percent are influenced by our attitude and mindset.
That said, it's a matter of attitude...
Yes, it's wise not to "demonize" days like Friday the 13th in advance.
Maybe you could even turn the tables and ask yourself: What could all go well today?
And what can I specifically do about it?
Bad luck is a thing of the past on Friday the 13th.

How to make Friday the 13th your lucky day
How can Hamburgers make Friday the 13th their personal lucky day?
According to the German Happiness Atlas, a Germany-wide survey on the subject of life satisfaction, the people of Hamburg are already doing well when it comes to the good life and satisfaction.
So you are on the right track and I would say: carry on as before!
A pinch of fresh air, a portion of daylight and giving other people an extra smile is certainly good and very conducive to happiness.
Since I was only in Hamburg myself around the turn of the year, I know for myself: you're great at it and it's always fun to be with you in the north.

Culture experts report that Friday the 13th is losing its meaning as an unlucky or unlucky day. What could be the reason?
People are generally less superstitious than they used to be, as far as I can tell.
We are more enlightened and reflective and can put events in context.
As Minister of Happiness and Contentment, I'm sure you know the secret to happiness. Will you tell me how?
Farewell to perfection - don't always chase the huge, all-encompassing happiness and set yourself one big goal after the next, compare yourself with others and rush through life.
Perceive what is, be thankful for the very small moments of happiness in between and set the expectation of a happy life on a human level.
At the same time, be courageous and a bit "crazy" from time to time, dare to experiment outside of your own comfort zone.
Why can this be helpful?
This tickles the inner child and helps to regularly surprise yourself.
Then we grow and develop and that's great fun.
If we then manage to take regular breaks and drive from the fast lane to the hard shoulder to enjoy the view, then there are a few components that can help us to stop and reflect on what's going on personally is really important in life!
So nobody really needs to be afraid of Friday the 13th.
In the end, it's a day like any other and is only determined by what we think about it.
Perhaps the expert's tips will also help you and from now on you will simply experience happiness and contentment on these days.
