Looking for a healthy but delicious weight loss recipe?
Try the vegetable bowl with hummus, quinoa and a little different meatballs.
Did you feast too much at the end of last year and want to eat healthier and with fewer calories in the future?

For the bowl:
Easy To Mix Meatball
quinoa
1 pinch of salt
leaf spinach
tomatoes
paprika
avocado
lime
You will also need some sunflower oil to fry the vegan meatballs in the pan.

For the pink hummus:
200g canned chickpeas
1 beetroot
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp tahini
Spices: Salt, Pepper, Cumin & Garlic Powder

For the dressing:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp thyme
Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup

How to prepare the healthy weight loss recipe Colorful Bowl with vegan meatballs and pink hummus
Mix the Easy To Mix Meatball as directed on the packet, then refrigerate.
In the meantime, you can simmer the quinoa in salted water over low heat for 15 minutes.
Then drain them in a sieve.
Wash the spinach leaves.
The tomatoes and peppers should also be washed and then cut.
Also cut up the avocado and lime and place all the ingredients in a bowl or deep plate with the quinoa.
For the hummus, in a bowl, combine the chickpeas, beetroot, olive oil, lemon juice, tahini, salt, pepper, cumin, and garlic powder and mix thoroughly in a blender.
The pink hummus is also added to the bowl.
Then take the meatball mixture out of the fridge and shape into meatballs.
Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and fry the vegan meatballs on a medium heat for about three to four minutes on both sides.
Then add them to the bowl with the pink hummus, quinoa, and veggies as well.
For the salad dressing, mix olive oil, lemon juice and thyme, adding maple syrup if necessary.
Pour the dressing over the vegan dish and enjoy your healthy vegan colorful bowl with pink hummus and meatballs.
