Kiev apartment building in Dnipro hit, people under rubble

(ANSA) - ROME, JAN 14 - A Russian missile hit an apartment building in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro, and there are "people under the rubble".

This was reported in Telegram by Kyrylo Tymoshenko, deputy head of the office of the President of Ukraine.

    Posting a photo of a heavily damaged building on his social media channel, Tymoshenko said that "under the rubble there are people who were at home", adding that relief is on site.
