A jackpot higher than the one which in July had bugged the MegaMillions site, won, in addition, on Friday the 13th. A lucky guy won an amount estimated at 1.35 billion dollars, or 1.244 billion euros in the lottery American, one of the largest in the history of the United States.
After three months and 25 draws without a winner, each time increasing the pot to be won, the winning numbers were finally announced on Friday.
The principle is well known: for two dollars a ticket, you have to choose five distinct numbers between 1 and 70 and a “Mega Ball” between 1 and 25. the Mega Ball stamped 14.
Fourteen players have also found five numbers, ensuring a friendly gain of a million dollars, according to the official site.

The jackpot was won in the State of Maine by a winner who will only receive this wonderful gain if he accepts an annual pension over 29 years.
If he or she chooses to pocket his capital in one go, the jackpot is estimated at 724.6 million dollars, or 668 million euros.
The probability of winning the top prize was one in 302.6 million.
