This was stated by Joe Biden speaking in Atlanta, in the church where Luther King preached.
“I have spoken in front of queens, heads of state and Congress but I have never felt as intimidated as in speaking in front of you,” says Biden, the first incumbent president to speak during Sunday mass at the famous church.
