The project's founders, Donitz-Elad and businessman Gad Zaevi, and the dozens of excited buyers and their family members, participated last Thursday (12.1) in the raft casting event at the prestigious residential project in Jaffa Nof 120, and threw coins onto the casting surface as part of the traditional ceremony.
During the event, Ronen Yaffa, CEO of Donitz-Eled, and businessman Gad Zaevi announced that they had chosen the Ashstrom Group to carry out the prestigious project.
The Yafe Nof 120 project will include approximately 216 units and commercial spaces and will be built in two phases.
Phase I includes the construction of 79 apartments in two buildings with a total investment of approximately NIS 120 million and will be inhabited within three years.
Phase II of the project will be completed about a year and a half later and will include the construction of 137 additional housing units in two buildings.
So far, the developers have announced that of all the apartments marketed in the project, 4-room apartments, measuring 129 square meters, and 5-room apartments, measuring 140 square meters, were sold at prices between NIS 4 and 5 million.
