Garlic-dill pastries are addictive

Ingredients

    • 1 kg of flour

    • 2 tablespoons of dry yeast

    • 2 tablespoons of sugar

    • 1 tablespoon of salt

    • ½ cup of oil

    • ½ tepid cups (600 ml)

  • For coating:

    • ½ cup olive oil

    • 2 cloves of crushed garlic

    • ¼ chopped dill

    • Coarse salt for scattering

Preparation

How do you make dill garlic cubes?

  • 1 In a bowl, mix together flour, yeast and sugar.

    Make a hole and place the rest of the dough ingredients in it.

    Knead well into a uniform and slightly sticky dough, you can use your hands or you can knead in a mixer with a kneading hook for about 6 minutes.

  • 2 Transfer the dough to a bowl well greased with olive oil and cover it.

    Let the dough rise for about an hour.

  • 3 Divide the risen dough into two parts.

    Using greased hands, flatten each part on baking paper and transfer it with the paper to a baking pan. Two pans in total.

  • 4 Mix the coating ingredients in a bowl: oil, garlic, dill.

    Dip a baking brush in the seasoned oil and brush the surface of the flattened doughs.

    Sprinkle coarse salt over each one.

  • 5 Dip a pizza wheel in olive oil and use it to cut squares in the dough without separating them.

    Swell for about 20 minutes.

  • 6 After the second rise, bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 25 minutes until golden.

  • 7 Cool slightly, separate the dough cubes and serve.

    Diversify the dinner.
