Low-carb recipe: You need the following ingredients for the healthy wrap that tastes like a burger
125 g low-fat quark
50 grams of grated cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp ketchup
1 pinch of mustard
1 tbsp yogurt
125 grams of minced meat
Salt
pepper
2 pickles
2 slices of cheese
2 lettuce leaves
1 tomato

Weight loss recipe: The preparation of the low-carb burger wrap is that easy
Put the low-fat quark, the grated cheese and the eggs in a bowl and mix the ingredients well.
Spread the dough out on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat (fan oven 160 degrees Celsius) for about 20 minutes.
Then let the dough cool down.
In the meantime, mix the ketchup and mustard with the yoghurt to form a sauce.
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and sear it in a pan.
Cut the gherkins and add them to the pan as well.
Pour about two thirds of the sauce onto the baked, cooled dough.
Place the warm minced meat including pickles on top and let the cheese slices melt on top.
Cut the lettuce and tomato into small pieces and place both on top of the dough.
The rest of the sauce follows, before you roll the dish up into a low-carb wrap that tastes like a burger—only healthy and low in calories.
