Weight loss recipe: The preparation of the low-carb burger wrap is that easy

  • Put the low-fat quark, the grated cheese and the eggs in a bowl and mix the ingredients well.

Spread the dough out on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat (fan oven 160 degrees Celsius) for about 20 minutes.

Then let the dough cool down.

  • In the meantime, mix the ketchup and mustard with the yoghurt to form a sauce.

  • Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and sear it in a pan.

Cut the gherkins and add them to the pan as well.

  • Pour about two thirds of the sauce onto the baked, cooled dough.

Place the warm minced meat including pickles on top and let the cheese slices melt on top.

  • Cut the lettuce and tomato into small pieces and place both on top of the dough.

The rest of the sauce follows, before you roll the dish up into a low-carb wrap that tastes like a burger—only healthy and low in calories.
