30 minutes of sport a day: Brigitte Macron shares her sports routine


In a recent interview with S magazine by Sophie Davant, the 69-year-old first lady reveals her sports exercises to keep in shape.

Since the inauguration of the President of the Republic, Emmanuel Macron, his wife Brigitte Macron, 69, confirms that she is not there to make up the numbers.

Between political appointments, meetings, trips in France and abroad, the first lady also has a busy schedule.

But, the former literature teacher assures her, she has not drawn a line under sports activity.
