(ANSA) - NAPLES, 17 JAN - Cremonese reached the quarterfinals of the Italian Cup thanks to the 7-6 victory against Napoli after penalties tonight at the Maradona stadium.
The first 90' had finished on 2-2 as well as extra time.
The last penalty kicked by Afena-Gyan and the mistake from the penalty spot by Lobotka were decisive.
In the match Juan Jesus (33') and Simeone (36') scored for the Azzurri, Pickel on 18' and Afena-Gyan (87') for the guests.
Rome will be waiting for Cremonese in the next round.
