(ANSA) - ROME, 17 JAN - White smoke in Montecitorio for the election of nine out of ten lay members of the CSM.
ANSA learns it with a count that has not yet been completed.
Nine exceeded the quorum of three fifths of the members of the Assembly (equal to 564 votes) to trigger the election.
Felice Giuffrè missed the target, by about seventy votes.
A new vote will be needed to cover tenth place.
To be elected today, therefore, are: Enrico Aimi, Isabella Bertolini, Daniela Bianchini, Ernesto Carbone, Claudia Eccher, Rosanna Natoli, Michele Papa, Fabio Pinelli and Roberto Romboli.
