The preparation of the cheap Swabian pizza is so easy and quick
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat (circulating air 180 degrees Celsius).
Place the toast slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Peel and dice the onions and also cut the ham into small cubes.
Put the ingredients in a bowl and add the crème fraîche.
Next comes the grated cheese.
However, leave a little for sprinkling.
Mix well and season with a little salt and pepper if necessary.
Spread the toast slices with the homemade spread.
However, keep a little space at the edge so that the topping does not run down while baking.
Sprinkle the toast with the remaining grated cheese and bake the Swabian pizza for about a quarter of an hour.
