"I have been repeating for years that wiretapping is absolutely essential in the fight against the mafia and terrorism and for understanding the movements of people suspected of very serious crimes. What needs to be changed is the abuse of it for minor crimes, with the diffusion on printing of individual secrets that have nothing to do with the investigation. I think there is bad faith when the two fields are confused".
