Udinese would have been sold to an American fund, starting next July 1st.
The indiscretion was spread by Tuttosport, but at the moment it hasn't been confirmed by the Friulian club, who prefer not to comment.
The news of the US fund's interest was launched by Il Sole 24 Ore last August.
The economic newspaper had hypothesized the scenario that Tuttosport is taking up today, providing further details, such as the terms of the operation: 200 million euros, with the entry of '890 Fifth Avenue Partners Llc and Group Nine Acquisition Corp'.
A figure that appears rather low if one considers the owned stadium and the player base.
