Ingredients
3-4 chicken thighs (divided into shanks and thighs)
Potatoes
8-10 garlic cloves
1 handful of finely chopped coriander leaves
5-6 sprigs of rosemary separated into leaves
For seasoning:
½ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon coarse salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 boiling buckwheat

Preparation
How do you prepare chicken and potatoes in the oven?
1 Preheat the oven to 190 degrees in the turbo program.
2 Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters.
To get a beautiful look like in the picture, you can peel the pofuds using a serrated peeler, also known as a julienne peeler.
Peel and slice the garlic cloves.
3 Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
4 Mix the potatoes, the chicken pieces, the garlic cloves, the chopped rosemary and coriander leaves together with the sauce and arrange them nicely in the pan.
5 Place in the hot oven uncovered for an hour and a quarter (75 minutes) until the chicken and potatoes are nicely browned.
If necessary, give them an additional 15 minutes (90 minutes in total).
