The companies Shikun and Binui Real Estate and Ken Hathor Urban Renewal announce the expansion of the cooperation between the two, as part of winning another construction eviction tender in Jerusalem - this time on Stern Street in the city's Kiryat Yuval neighborhood.
As part of the project, 8 existing buildings in the complex, each 9 stories high, will be demolished and 332 housing units in total - where about 1,100 housing units are expected to be built in their place in high-rise construction alongside textured construction.
According to the plan, the old tenants will benefit from additional space to their existing apartment as well as a sun terrace, underground parking, warehouses, public buildings and more.
In addition, the complex includes two other buildings which include 64 apartments leased by the Hebrew University.

The companies were selected after an entrepreneurs' tender, conducted by the lawyers who represented the apartment owners, Amir Adika, Amir Kadri and Ram Cohen from the Tal Kadri Shamir & Co. office, in which they outbid leading companies in the field of urban renewal by a large majority.
In this way, the two companies expand their cooperation, after being chosen to lead a series of projects in the field of urban renewal in the city of Jerusalem and other cities in Israel.
