She was probably referring to the content that Ayvinder shared following the plastic surgery she recently underwent to repair the septum in her nose.

"Why do you let your daughter sit on Instagram? Keep an eye on what she does on the Internet, because there are much worse things here than facial treatments," Aybinder answered her angrily.
"I noticed she was following you but I didn't notice what you started to say. In 'Survival' you were funny and there was no problem. We even voted for you," continued her surfer arguing with Ayvinder, which only fueled her anger.

"Listen to me carefully," Ayvinder clarified, "You need to take care of your daughter, not me," slapped the surfer, adding the caption "This is the record" on top of the screenshot of the loaded correspondence.
"What a mature answer," the surfer replied.
