Pershkovski reports that the first project of the HOMEY brand, which offers apartments for long-term rent in the new Neve Doron neighborhood in Ramla, has experienced success beyond all expectations - when the company signed the 200th contract in the project this week, in just five months since marketing began.
Following the success, the company reports that the activity of the HOMEY brand is expected to expand significantly with future projects that will also offer long-term rentals in the cities of Beer Ya'akov, Rehovot, Herzliya, Rishon Lezion, Tel Aviv and Lod.
In total, the Pershkovsky company is building in the new Neve Doron neighborhood 24 buildings and 1,800 diverse housing units of 3, 4, 5, 6 rooms, garden apartments and penthouses, and as part of the neighborhood, the company offers HOMEY - long-term rental in three buildings with 241 units .

The long-term rental project of the HOMEY brand by Pershkovsky in the new Neve Doron neighborhood in Ramla offers 241 units on a long-term lease for 10 years.
