Also loved by the children.
Chocolate brownies with bananas (photo: Walla! system, Michal Levy Alhalal)
Brownies will always be our favorite dessert at the end of a meal, with the morning coffee, with that of four or in fact in any situation where the body needs a little of its sweetness.
They require a minimum preparation time and if you are careful not to overbake them, you get a dreamy chocolate result.
There are endless versions of brownies - with cheese and coffee for example, with peanut butter and also full of tasty surprises.
This time I actually combined them with bananas, because a combination of banana and chocolate is the most perfect there is.
A great combination that adds more softness and fudge to the brownies and is also very popular with the children.
My personal recommendation:
I like to eat them very cold or slightly frozen.
Keep them cut in the freezer and pull out when needed.
Soft and fudgy.

Preparation
How do you make chocolate-banana brownies?
1 Heat the oven to high heat (175 degrees).
Grease a 25*25 cm square pan and place baking paper on the base.
2 In a medium saucepan, heat chocolate and butter together over medium heat.
Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and remove from the heat.
3 Add the rest of the ingredients in the following order and mix in between - first sugar, then bananas and finally flour, baking powder and cocoa.
Mix well for a smooth batter.
4 Transfer the batter to the pan and decorate the top with a dried banana.
Bake for exactly 18 minutes.
5 Take out, separate the edges with a knife while the cake is hot.
Cool at room temperature for a few minutes and transfer to the refrigerator for at least two hours or to the freezer (recommended) before cutting the brownies into squares.
Storage:
kept for about three days in the refrigerator or months in the freezer.
