The great solidarity cycle of Argentine TV arrives at Flow

For 13 years, the Abanderados Award has recognized exemplary Argentines for their solidarity actions. The eight-episode documentary series is now available in its entirety on Flow's On Demand.

The cycle was created by

eltrece, Fundación Noble and Luz Libre

13 years ago.

Since its first edition in 2010, Abanderados has recognized

more than 100 social entrepreneurs

who lead projects for labor and social inclusion, health, education, among many others.

The first season of the documentary series consists of

eight chapters that tell the stories of the

2022 Flag Bearers

who were chosen from more than 800 applicants.

Viviana Yzaguirre

(53) is the founder of Todo por Todos, a civil association that works in the Impenetrable.

Together with a group of volunteers and health professionals, they provide medical assistance and donations of all kinds to people in vulnerable situations in the Chaco mountains.

Andrés Kogan

(46) is co-founder of Alegría Intensiva, an organization that has been working with actors who visit pediatric hospitals for almost 15 years.

Through clown art, they manage to transform this complex space into a friendlier one for children and their families.

Jennifer Romero

(27) is co-founder of Stealing Smiles, a project that donates bicycles to children, adolescents, and adults who live in remote areas near Ingeniero Huergo, in Río Negro, where families live in farm or mountain areas and the children must travel about 6 kilometers to go to school.

Enrique Bach

(60) is the creator of Banco de Anteojos, a social and environmental initiative that provides medical care and donates glasses made with recycled frames to vulnerable people in Tucumán.

Claudia Torales

(39) is the founder of El Rincón de Todos, a space that takes place in her house located in the 21-24 neighborhood, in the City of Buenos Aires, and that seeks to keep street children away and accompany women in situations of violence.

Cristian Martínez

(39) is the creator of Todo Vuelve, a project that seeks to train people from vulnerable neighborhoods in the Buenos Aires suburbs in traditional and digital trades.

Christian Boix Mansilla

(50) is the founder of Construyendo Juntos, a solidarity project promoted by Grupo Pauta, a construction company and architecture studio that seeks to build homes for those people who work for the company, but do not have their own home.

Ralf Niedenthal

(37) is the founder of Todos Hacemos Música, an organization that seeks to give people with disabilities more opportunities and break prejudices through musical experiences.

About the Abanderadores Award

Flag-bearers, which had its first edition in 2010, is an annual award promoted by El Trece, Fundación Noble and Luz Libre that recognizes those Argentines who stand out for their dedication to others and disseminates their stories so that their example can inspire the rest of the society.

Its objective is to promote the projects of its finalists, giving them visibility from high media coverage, promoting new social references in the public and installing postponed issues on the public agenda.
