The Atlantis de Royal Hotel in Dubai was launched yesterday (Saturday), and it will be possible to book a night there only from February 10, 2023. But that's exactly the point - that you won't be able to book one night there, and you'll have to book at least two nights at the expensive hotel, which may be too expensive.
The practice of booking a minimum of two nights for a hotel vacation is known to us in Israel in many hotels that want to maximize the guests' stay on weekends, so that they will be forced to book two nights from Thursday to Saturday.
There is also a certain logic in this on the part of the owners of the hotels and B&Bs, to ensure themselves not to get stuck with an unmanned night at the weekend.
However, at Atlantis de Royal you will have to book a minimum of two nights even in the middle of the week, and in fact for every booking you make every day of the week and every month - you will be required to book at least two very expensive nights.
That is, if you wanted to at least check the hotel in question and book a night in the cheapest room, you will not be able to do so and will be forced to pay twice.
Just to clear the ear, two nights in the simplest room at the hotel (SEASCAPE KING) on February 14-16 will cost a couple NIS 3,435 per night, that is, NIS 6,870 for two nights!
Oh, and to that add 22% taxes that must be paid to the Dubai Municipality, and you will already get astronomical prices that are really not worth paying.

If you want to pamper yourself in the new hotel, and book the most expensive suite (SKY POOL VILLA), which has a private pool, you will have to part with NIS 16,778 per night, that is, NIS 41,030 including taxes.
Is the price worth it?
Maybe.
But there are so many other good hotels in Dubai that provide an equally good and luxurious experience for much less money.
