The Metropolis company reports that it has been selected to carry out a construction evacuation project in the city center neighborhood of Petah Tikva.
As part of the plan to be promoted by the company, it is proposed to demolish 6 buildings containing 70 old apartments, and in their place it is estimated that 2-3 buildings of 15-20 floors with about 250 new apartments will be built.
The complex is located in the city center, at the corner of Selant-Ahad Ha'am-Katroni streets, about 250 meters from the future metro line station.
The Metropolis company was chosen to carry out the project by the tenants, after a process of entrepreneurs' tender led by attorney Odelia Namir, who represents the tenants. The company was represented by attorney Motti Hoffman.
The architect of the project is Shaul Yaski from Yaski Architects.

Petah Tikva city center covers 1,250 dunams, and there are about 13,000 apartments, about 80,000 square meters in commercial areas and 36,000 square meters in employment areas.
According to the policy document for the renewal of the old city center of the Petah Tikva municipality, there are goals for increasing the number of apartments to 20.5 thousand, the commercial areas to 335 thousand square meters and the employment areas to 470 thousand square meters.
The construction next to public transportation axes will reach a height of 35 floors, while on the outskirts of the center it will be possible to build up to 25 floors.

, "After winning the tender, we intend to advance a project that will be planned in accordance with the municipality's policy for urban renewal in the city center. At the same time as advancing the signatures on the detailed agreement, we intend to begin the process of planning the EPA, which is expected to last about three years, after which we will work to obtain building permits in a process that is expected to take another two to three years.
We are happy that Petah Tikva Municipality together with the Directorate for Urban Renewal are encouraging renewal throughout and are making great progress in this matter.
The Metropolis company began its activities in the early days in 38 small TMA projects in the city of Petah Tikva, and now we are closing a circle with the promotion of a eviction and construction project in the city with hundreds of apartments.
