The fashion blogger and actress Kim Or Azoulai - only 20 years old - joins the second season of "Beauty Queen of Jerusalem".
The series, which is based on the book by Sarit Yishai-Levi, will air this evening (Monday) on yes.

In the series, which tells the story of three generations in the Armoza family, a Spanish-Jerusalem family with roots in the 1920s to the 1940s, she plays alongside Michael Aloni, Irit Kaplan, Hila Saada, Sevel Ariel, Tom Hagi, and more.
Azoulai plays Amalia, a role she understands today that undoubtedly takes her to another league.
"Amalia is an only child, her mother is dead, and her father is raising her alone in Safed, where they have a goat pen where they produce cheese and milk. Ruchel and Shlomel'ah come to us in Safed to hide, and then things develop. I was so happy to read the script and find out that this is not a character A small one that joins the new season, but a deep role with a very interesting story, one that develops during the entire season."
have you read the book Did you know what you were getting into?
"I haven't read it, but I was told that it is an excellent book. I watched the first season of the series, which was equally excellent. The truth is that I was in the final stages of auditions for the first season for several roles in the show, but it didn't work out in the end. I remember the director telling me, 'Al Don't worry, it will still happen'. I believe that if I didn't get a role in the end, it shouldn't happen, because what's mine is mine."

Do you feel that unlike other things you have done to date, there is something in this position that upgrades you?
"Unequivocally, I have stepped up. This is one of the most appreciated series in Israel, and the fact that I was cast in it indicates progress and development. There is always talk of transitioning into the world of adults and I do it well, chilling, not under pressure. I am still 20 years old and can play a young girl 12, and at the same time also a 27-year-old woman. I live my age and the transition and welcome that it is happening."
Despite your young age, you have done a lot in your life. Do you have any other dreams to fulfill?
"I have quite clear goals, and the ultimate goal is Hollywood. I'm working on it. It's not been a dream for a long time, I've been doing auditions and it's a goal I set for myself at the age of 13. In Israel, I want to participate in quality series, a series with a character role that will challenge me, and of course I I also want to start a family one day," she laughs, "but mostly to enjoy what I'm doing."
Will we soon see you on the dance floor in "Dancing with the Stars"?
"I did an audition and I had a lot of fun. But it's just an audition at the moment, and if there are any answers, I hope they're positive, I'll of course update."
