When you see
Ricky Gal
it's hard to believe that this energetic woman celebrated her 72nd birthday last summer.
In a special conversation with Walla!
Celebs, Gal told how she manages to maintain peak energy in her eighth decade of life.
"I do a lot of sports. I start every morning with dancing, I swam for 35 years every morning in the sea and I walk between five and ten kilometers a day. I am kind to myself from the inside, do Pilates and check the Internet for innovations in this field," she said.

But as everyone already knows in 2023, there is time damage that no sport can repair.
Gal arrived yesterday (Sunday) at Dr. Ami Eil's clinic in Tel Aviv, and underwent a Sculptra injection and ultrasound treatment. When we asked Ricky about young women who start treatments in their teens, she chose not to visit them.
"I don't judge anyone.
I started the treatments at a relatively late age, 40 or something like that.
If there are falls in the face, then they will also go up a little, I don't inflate my lips, in no way, I don't want any
extreme distortion of the face, I just want to give an improvement so that I look good."
Voila! Celebs underwent cosmetic treatment in a third world country and filled wrinkles in canola oil.
