The "Shitit" company, which won the tender of the Israel Land Authority, in the Naot Afek neighborhood in Kiryat Bialik, is currently starting the marketing of the "Shitit Besdra" project - with a special benefit for buyers in January 2023, offering the purchase of apartments without indexation until delivery - this is a significant benefit in light of the state of the index and the interest rates in the economy.

The project includes 2 lots spread over an area of 15.5 dunams, on which about 250 housing units will be built.

The company intends to build on the area, low 6-story boutique buildings, alongside high-rises, and 7 buildings in total.

Each lot is planned as a private complex, and will include a particularly rich technical specification.

Apartment prices in the project start

at NIS 1.455 million for a 3-room apartment with an area of approximately 80 square meters and a 12 square meter balcony, and continue to NIS 1.64 million for a 4-room apartment with an area of approximately 100 square meters and a 14 square meter balcony, NIS 1.865 million For a 5-room apartment with an area of about 118 square meters and a 14 square meter balcony, 2.165 million shekels for a 6-room apartment with an area of about 138 square meters and a 14 square meter balcony, as well as garden apartments and penthouses at prices between 2.065 million shekels and up to NIS 3.150 million.

Also, as part of the development of the area, the company intends to build shared gardens, underground parking lots, charging stations for electric vehicles and a luxurious lobby.

The project was chosen to be designed by Avril Architects and Avril Architects.

The movement and development consultants for the project are Miller Bloom.

In Kiryat Bialik, a significant construction boom is taking place thanks to the new Neat Afek neighborhood, which is being built east of Highway 22, which gives it a direct connection to the Carmel tunnels and a fast connection to Acre, Haifa and north of Highway 79, which leads directly to Highway 6.

The Neat Afek neighborhood overlooks a spectacular view of the Galilee and the valleys and enjoys a large green lung , thanks to the proximity to the Ein Afek nature reserve.

At the same time as the construction of the thousands of apartments, emphasis was placed on the development of infrastructure, the traffic system - including the upgrading of the access roads to the neighborhood through bridges and bicycle paths from the north and south, as well as the establishment of public institutions, while being careful about the stages of the construction.

In our project, all the needs of the modern family were taken into account.

A luxurious and unique lifestyle for apartments, attention to detail and rich specifications.

According to Shalom Shetrit, one of the owners of the Shatit company:

"I congratulate you on winning the tender. Of the 8 companies that made it to the finals, Shatit is happy to be the one to carry out and market the project. We intend to build boutique apartments at the highest level currently available on the market, all of which will be sold within the framework of the free market. The proximity and accessibility to Route 22 and the Carmel Tunnels makes the project attractive the most, and I'm not surprised that already at the end of the first week of marketing, 7 apartments were sold."
