"Not everything is acceptable," warned Olivier Dussopt on Monday as the union wants to intensify its actions against the pension reform.

The government is raising its voice against the CGT.

Questioned following the Council of Ministers during which the pension reform project was presented, the Minister of Labor stressed that the President of the Republic had repeated “

his determination

” to carry this text through to the end.

"

He also said [...], this was repeated this morning in the Council of Ministers, that not everything is acceptable

", in terms of actions taken to make the executive bend, added Olivier Dussopt.

There are a certain number of actions which are envisaged, which are announced, which do not come under militant protest action, but which may come under an offence.

This is the case, in particular, of cuts, when they are targeted and voluntary

, ”warned Olivier Dussopt.

In recent days, the CGT has multiplied warnings, indicating that it is ready for cuts targeting elected officials who support the reform.

We are going to see those who want to support her, those, we are going to take care of them.

We are going to see them in the hotlines, we are going to talk to them, and then if by chance they do not understand the world of work, we will target them in the cuts that we will be able to organize

, "said the secretary general of the CGT of mines and energy (FNME-CGT), Sébastien Menesplier, last week.

These remarks had triggered a bronca: the Minister of the Interior, Gérald Darmanin, had judged this warning ““

absolutely scandalous

”, and the spokesman of the government, Olivier Véran, had denounced threats “

properly unacceptable

”.

Faced with the controversy, the boss of the CGT, Philippe Martinez, had finally declared that "

it was more a symbol than a real threat

", while judging possible "

days of action during the holidays

" of February.

But, since then, Sébastien Menesplier has reiterated his words: "

We must carry out actions which are visible, which have an impact vis-à-vis those who, today, support the government

", he said on BFMTV, this Monday.

Although he specified that he favored "

popular

" actions, such as restoring power to cut homes or establishing "

free

" energy for public services, other measures are possible: "

If the agents decide to carry out various actions, and in particular targeted cuts, that could be organized [...].

For those who do not carry out essential activities, we will make small targeted cuts

“Explained the representative of the FNME-CGT.

Remarks against which the government, and in particular the Keeper of the Seals, rebels.
