Keep old appliances:
You really want to buy a new kitchen?
You can save a lot of money by keeping old appliances that are still in good condition - including the sink.
You can then put the money you save into a stylish mixer tap.
Simply scrub the old appliances such as the oven and stove well and polish them to a high gloss.
Paint light:
You can easily brighten up dark rooms by painting walls, door and window frames in a light color or white.
Repainting or pasting kitchen cabinets:
Anyone who has taken over an ancient kitchen unit can make the best of it by repainting doors and drawer fronts or redesigning them with adhesive film.
That only costs a fraction of a new kitchen.
Too expensive?
If the cupboard doors are made in a standard size, they can alternatively be replaced with new ones.
Painting tiles:
You can also paint or glue ugly, old tiles on the back wall of the kitchen.
Before painting, however, the landlord should be asked for permission.
