(ANSA) - ROME, 24 JAN - The opening of El Bulli 1846 scheduled for next June will be paid for with an entrance ticket to access the museum archive in Calle Montjou, on the CostaBrava, the pivot of the Catalan chef Ferran Adrià's return to the open project for El Bulli Foundation.
