Final go-ahead from the Chamber of Deputies to the Ukrainian decree law
, which extends until 31 December 2023 the transfer by Italy of military materials to the country engaged in the conflict started by Russia.
The text was definitively approved in Montecitorio with 215 votes in favor and 46 against (M5S, Avs and Paolo Ciani of the Democratic Party).
In particular, the text extends until 31 December 2023 the authorization for the transfer of material assets and military equipment to the government authorities of Ukraine, already envisaged, until 31 December 2022. The authorization is granted "in the terms and with the modalities" established in the aforementioned legislation, and "subject to the addressing act of the Chambers".
