"What are you eating today"?
She is the constant problem.
A short visit to the market or to the jade helps me solve the dilemma, because seasonal vegetables are usually the solution - beans, peas, zucchini, artichokes and more.
As a child, I remember my mother and grandmother's pots, always full of seasonal vegetables straight from the market in Kiryat Shmona.
They are fresh, fresh and full of health.
If you combine a fresh vegetable with each meat or chicken dish, you have an amazing meal for the whole family.
The green beans are now at their peak, and you can find them in any market or at the jade shop.
Frozen can also be used, but it won't be the same.
Take advantage of the season and prepare this pot with meatballs, tomatoes and of course green beans, because this is a must-have recipe in every home.

Preparation
How do you make meatballs with green beans?
1
Let's start by making the meatballs:
finely chop the onion, garlic and vegetables by hand or in a food processor.
Transfer to a bowl together with the meat, sweet potato and seasoning, mix well and leave for fifteen minutes in the refrigerator to set.
After that, make meatballs the size of a ping pong ball and arrange on a tray.
2
Preparation of the sauce:
peel 3 tomatoes, leave 2 with the skin and cut all 5 into quarters.
Heat a wide pot (like a saute), add the oil and garlic and fry a little.
Only until a pleasant smell arises.
Add the peeled tomato quarters and the spices and fry together for about a minute to open up the flavors.
3 Add the green beans and mix.
Pour water to cover and bring to a boil.
Put the meatballs in one by one, partially cover (leaving a small opening) and cook for 45 minutes until the meatballs are ready and the liquid has reduced.
4 In the meantime, heat the oven to 190 degrees in the turbo program.
5 Add the tomato quarters with the peel to the pot and put in the hot oven for 15 minutes without a cover.
Sprinkle chopped cilantro and serve with rice.
