Today (Wednesday) she shared with her 158,000 followers on the Instagram social network the breakfast she prepared for herself after a fitness workout, giving self-love tips along the way.

"I have 'sides' a waste of time," she shared with the surfers, "so I learned to love them," she declared.

"Even when I gained forty kilos, I still loved my body. True, it's hard, but it's still us, it's ours," she emphasized in an empowering message.

"In a week and a half I lost two and a half kilos, and I'm not starving myself at all!" Maman declared in the title of the first video she uploaded on the subject, and immediately afterwards she revealed her figure in full in front of the camera in her kitchen.

"I want to show you how I make my breakfast. I put oats, about two and a half spoons, with hot water, and put it in the microwave for a minute. I put a spoonful of cottage cheese and cinnamon, because cinnamon is also known for its appetite-suppressing properties, and I put a small spoonful of Maple. On top of all that I'm going to arrange a banana," she elaborated.

Later, in the second video she uploaded, Maman expanded further on the subject.

"No magic, girls," she announced.

"Persist with food and sports, drink a lot of water and be happy, that's the most important part," Meman wrote.

She presented the breakfast she prepared for herself: "This is my breakfast. Before, after training, I drank my juice that consists of apple, celery, ginger, lemon, spirulina and cucumber, all the green things," she explained.

 "I eat this breakfast and make sure to drink as much water as possible. At lunch I eat fish with some kind of carbohydrate, and in the evening I go out with friends. But this is the secret, even when I go out with friends I order myself some kind of salad and sashimi, not carbohydrates. I have a goal, I enjoy myself, I eat healthy and I also need to stick to the goal and be consistent. What to do? That's part of the point," she concluded.

In a follow-up video, she encouraged the surfers to pamper themselves in a procedure that is not always easy to carry out.

"Give good feedback! Our body does crazy work non-stop," she wanted to remind.

"Learn to love imperfection as well," she urged her followers.

"It's really, really important, regardless of weight loss, give your body good feedback. We need to give love to our body, it doesn't matter if we're overweight or under weight. No matter what, love ourselves first. Look at your body in the mirror and say 'I love I love my hips, I love my sides,'" she instructed the surfers.

"I'll say, I have 'sides'. It's a waste of time. No matter how much I lose weight, I always have sides. So I learned to love them and live with them in peace, and when I put on pants it stands out, so what?", she boasted.

"After my first pregnancy, I gained 40 kilos, and I still loved my body," she recalled.
