The UEFA Executive, meeting today, has decided to move the venue for the final of the European Super Cup, which every year pits the winners of the Champions League and those of the Europa League against each other.
The two teams, still obviously to be determined, will face each other on August 16th, at 9 pm, in Athens and not in Kazan (Russia), as was established a few years ago.
The war between Russia and Ukraine determined the move of the match venue.
The match will be staged on the ground of the 'Georgios Karaiskakis' stadium, which is where the Olympiacos team usually plays.
