The Justice Department and eight US states are suing Google over online advertising, accusing Mountain View of illegal market monopoly.
The lawsuit proposes the stew of Google, with the separation of its advertising activities.
The American media report it.
“The Justice Department is pursuing a fallacious argument that it would slow innovation, drive up advertising costs, and make it more difficult for thousands of small businesses and online content producers to grow. This Justice Department lawsuit attempts to pick winners and losers in a highly competitive industry like ad technology. It broadly duplicates an unsubstantiated lawsuit by the Texas attorney general, much of which was recently dismissed in federal court."
So a Google spokesperson on allegations of monopoly on online advertising.
