Germany plans to deliver its Leopard tanks to Ukraine "in late March, early April,"

according to German government forecasts.

The announcement comes on a day marked by continued attacks across the country.

Kiev is in the dark.

This was announced by a Ukrainian energy operator:

"

The supply of electricity to Kiev and three regions of Ukraine has been interrupted following the Russian attacks this morning".

Russia today launched "more than 30 missiles" against Ukraine, at least 15 on Kiev which were all shot down

by the Ukrainian Air Defense Forces

.

This was assured by the Kiev government while the air raid alarm went off in much of the country, including

the capital, where one person died and two others were injured

, according to mayor Vitali Klitschko.

But the whole country is under attack

.

In Odessa

, according to local authorities,

two

unidentified

energy infrastructures

were hit by Russian missiles.

The Ukrainian defense forces report "missiles also in the direction of Vinnytsia and the Kiev region", underlining that they could "change the trajectory".

The military leaders invite the population to "remain in shelters. We believe in air defence".

"Some missiles fly through Kharkiv region, others through Vinnytsia in a westerly direction," Ukrainian forces said in a Telegram update.
