(ANSA) - ROME, JAN 26 - Increasing the salaries of school staff living in the north "is a fairly sensible measure": referring it to ANSA, echoing the words of the Minister of Education Giuseppe Valditara, is Mario Rusconi at the head of the principals of the PNA of Rome.
As for the entry of private individuals into schools, "this already happens, especially in high schools and professional techniques. We need to see the conditions in which private individuals enter, but schools need funds, the resources available to local authorities are not many. And schools should have the statute of Foundations to have speed in carrying out the work and savings in costs".
Still on the school front, the CISL, through the secretary Ivana Barbacci, enters the sphere of the employment contract with respect to the differentiated autonomy project: "The national contract must be maintained, but already today the Regions can assign staff resources to schools", he says.
"We - he adds - are drastically against differentiated autonomy: the national contract and the education system must remain national but the Regions, already with unchanged legislation today, can support schools in particular projects, providing incentives in terms of personnel and projects to support of the training offer".
