Last year, the "Francos" welcomed 150,000 festival-goers. The 2023 edition, which takes place from July 12 to 16, intends to do the same.

This year, the Francofolies mix all the worlds.

The event, taking place from July 12 to 16, 2023 in La Rochelle, will welcome, for example, Kungs, electro signature and Hervé Vilard, veteran of the song.

Among the 21 new artists who complete the poster, we still find well-known names like Louane and Daniel Auteuil, now a singer, but also more specialized choices like Bertrand Belin, Flavien Berger, Aurélie Saada (ex-Brigitte) or the electro collective Fight.

Star Feminine Band, a group of Beninese teenage girls singing about emancipation, is also there.

There will even be some metal with the group Regarde les hommes chute.

A show entitled

Dabadie or the things of our lives

, brings together the singers Clarika, Maissiat and the actor and director Emmanuel Noblet around the work of Jean-Loup Dabadie, writer, screenwriter (

The things of life

by Claude Sautet) and lyricist.

They will interpret the successes of the one who was lyricist for Julien Clerc, Michel Polnareff, Jacques Dutronc, Serge Reggiani, Régine or Romy Schneider, performer of the

Chanson d'Hélène

.

In November, the

"Francos"

had already unveiled part of the program with Renaud, Michel Polnareff, DJ Snake, Lomepal, November Ultra or Pierre de Maere.

All the artists revealed are on the social networks dedicated to the festival, pending the rest of the casting.
