According to SPIEGEL information, the convicted murderer of Munich fashion czar Rudolph Moshammer will be deported to his homeland on Thursday afternoon.
The Iraqi Herish A. is to be flown from Frankfurt Airport to Baghdad on a scheduled flight at around 2 p.m.; he will be accompanied by police officers on the flight.
After serving his sentence in Germany, he was released in Iraq.
Herish A. was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder 18 years ago with particularly serious guilt and has been imprisoned in Straubing ever since.
According to the verdict, the now 43-year-old strangled the then 64-year-old Moshammer on January 14, 2005 with a power cable.
Moshammer met the young man in Munich's red-light district and took him home with him.
The court then argued that the gambling addict Iraqi plotted Moshammer's death and murdered him insidiously in order to rob the wealthy homosexual fashion designer.
That's why the sentence was "life imprisonment."
