(ANSAmed) - TEL AVIV, JANUARY 26 - At least eight Palestinian dead: this is the toll of violent armed clashes with the Israeli army in Jenin, in the north of the West Bank.
The local health ministry, quoted by the Palestinian media, made it known. The Israeli army entered Jenin in force today to "capture a prominent terrorist," Israeli military radio reported.
"A massacre carried out by the Israeli occupation government in international silence".
This is how Nabil Abu Rudeinah, spokesman for President Abu Mazen, defined what happened in Jenin.
