The Treasury today signed the letter of intent with Lufthansa to acquire a minority stake in Ita Airways.
This was announced by the ministry itself.
The document is preparatory for opening the private negotiation between the parties, it is explained in the mef's note.
Other details on the ongoing discussion will not be disclosed - concludes the Treasury.
