With the aim of giving a new opportunity to students who participated in the final qualifiers for the Syrian Science Olympiad for the year 2023, the Science Olympiad Department in the Excellence and Creativity Commission will launch, during the coming month of February, the Science Olympiad in the disciplines of (mathematics, physics and chemistry).
In a statement, SANA received a copy of it today, the Commission stated that the Science Challenge gives students who were unable to fulfill their desire to join the national teams in the scientific specialization in which they participated in the final qualifiers a new opportunity to realize the dream of winning membership in one of the national teams of the Syrian Science Olympiad, provided that participation in The challenge is in a specialization different from the specialization in which they participated in the final qualifiers, and choose one of the specializations (mathematics, physics or chemistry) only.
The authority indicated that registration starts from 1-2-2023 and continues until 10-2-2023, through the platform for the Science Olympiad, where the student must log in to his personal account and request participation in the challenge, change the specialization, and choose a specialization he desires from the aforementioned specializations.
Last Saturday, the authority honored the winners of the Syrian Science Olympiad competitions for the year 2023, who became members of the national teams of the Olympiad in the specializations (mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, and informatics), at the Dar Al-Assad Theater for Culture and Arts in Damascus.
