A verdict is expected on Monday in the trial of a 21-year-old man who is said to have locked his sister in prison and repeatedly assaulted her.
The public prosecutor accuses the brother of rape, deprivation of liberty and dangerous bodily harm.
He is said to have held and beat his sister for months in his shared room in Konstanz.
The acts are said to have taken place from January to May 2022.
After all, he is said to have raped the then 18-year-old five times.
According to a police officer, the two roommates had not heard anything about the crimes.
He had convinced his family that his sister was doing well.
At the beginning of the trial last Thursday, he was silent on the allegations.
His sister also made use of her right to refuse to testify.
